The regional Sacramento, California office of Homes by Towne, a national builder with a local commitment, is currently seeking a highly motivated, professional to fill our Part Time Junior Salesforce Administrator position.

As our Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will assist with the administration and growing use of Salesforce and utilize your abilities to meet all multi-department collaboration and CRM objectives. This includes:

• Working within a moderately customized Salesforce org and existing integrations with Salesforce Pardot and Constellation NewStar
• Helping in both internal and external releases which includes: validation, testing, documentation, and training within Salesforce
• Customize and implement profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, processes, validation rules, etc. within Salesforce
• Working with business analysts and sales managers to determine needs and deliver solutions
• Working with end users for training (one on one and in groups) and to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
• Support existing functionality and help implement new features, functionality, and users
• Helping to onboard new divisions which include: requirement gathering, implementation, loading data, training users, and supporting users
• An affinity for technology and software such that new technology is an adventure not a burden
• An unshakable willingness to learn from peers as well as conduct independent research on questions outside the team member’s knowledge

Minimum Qualifications:

• Work toward a degree or technical certification preferable in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science subject
• Must demonstrate general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with relational database concepts
• Familiarity with object oriented programming concepts
• Familiarity with requirement gathering and agile methodologies

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail
• Salesforce or comparable CRM experience; Salesforce certification a plus
• Pardot or comparable marketing automation experience
