Premier Timeshare Resort, Resorts by Towne, located in Cocoa Beach seeks a confident self-starter with exemplary customer service skills to fill our Off Property Contact Manager position.

The Off Property Contact (OPC) Manager is responsible for supporting the OPC Director of Marketing in driving and increasing tour flow by assisting with all marketing activities at designated locations. The Manager provides direct supervision of OPC Representatives and implements strategies to develop, train, and recruit new team members. The OPC Manager is also responsible for scheduling 15-30 fairs and trade shows per year, setting up/breaking down each show, and making sure the shows are staffed with two reliable team members at all times.

Essential Job Functions:
• Assists in hiring, counseling, coaching, training, and managing OPC Representatives
• Assists management in achieving/exceeding departmental monthly/annual budgets
• Assists with implementing department initiatives to increase productivity while maintaining a positive demeanor and work environment at all times towards guests and team members
• Initiates and suggests plans to motivate team members to achieve monthly/annual tours and sales goals
• Responsible for individual production of generating tours to attend presentations at our resort
• Communicates the customer needs and interests to management so the Company will continue to change based on the market's needs
• Communicates information to prospective clients regarding the area’s locations and activities
• Ensures OPC team members consistently have all tools and collateral needed to perform their job
• Responsible for attending any marketing meetings, as requested by management
• Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum of two (2) years of experience in the timeshare industry and a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience in the marketing/timeshare industry.

Specific skills and abilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/value selling, negotiating and closing the sale
• Ability to conduct oneself on a professional manner at all times
• Ability to clearly explain the product
• Some knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to speak competently and confidently in a public setting
